New clients
Please complete the consultation form before your first appointment so your time in the studio is spent on your skin, not paperwork.
Arrival
Arrive a few minutes early. The studio serves one client at a time, so late arrivals may shorten your treatment.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible. A cancellation fee may apply to late cancellations and no-shows.
Payment & financing
Major cards are accepted. Pay-over-time options may be available for qualifying clients through approved financing partners; approval is not guaranteed.
