The studio serves one client at a time by appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time so the following client is not affected.

New clients
New clients are asked to complete the consultation form before their first visit. Accurate history helps determine which treatments are appropriate for your skin.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply to late cancellations and missed appointments.
Payment & financing
Major cards are accepted in studio. Pay-over-time options may be available for qualifying clients through approved third-party financing partners; approval is determined by the financing provider and is never guaranteed.

All plans are individualized and results vary. Individual response, consistency with homecare, lifestyle, and skin history all influence outcomes. Nothing presented on this site is a guarantee of any specific result.
