• Consultation, contact, skin-history, or appointment information you submit through a connected third-party service.

Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for your inquiry or requested service.

Seasonal consultation requests and newsletter signups use embedded LeadConnector forms. General consultation intake is provided through Jotform, appointment booking is provided through GlossGenius, and optional payment-plan applications are provided through Cherry. When you follow those links, the information you submit is collected under that provider's privacy practices and terms. Embedded forms may also use cookies and collect browser or device information; review the consent options shown in each form before submitting.

Cherry handles financing eligibility and financial information directly. This website does not collect or store your financing application or full payment-card details.

We use information to:

• Send requested studio news and updates.
• Respond to questions and consultation requests.
• Prepare for, schedule, and provide requested services.
• Maintain the security and operation of the website.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Newsletter email addresses are retained while you remain subscribed. To unsubscribe or request deletion of your newsletter record, contact us at leslie.health.wellness@gmail.com. We may retain limited information when required for legal or recordkeeping purposes.

Our Contact page includes a Google Maps module. Google may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, when that map loads. The site also links to Instagram and other external websites. We do not control their cookies, security, or privacy practices.

Embedded LeadConnector forms load third-party scripts, which may use cookies or tracking technologies under the provider's settings. We do not control those technologies. If our practices materially change, this policy will be updated.

We may share information with vendors that help operate the website and studio, when required by law, or to prevent fraud or protect safety and legal rights. Third-party providers process information under their own agreements and policies.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

The studio provides aesthetic, non-medical skincare services and is not a healthcare provider. Information you share about skin or health history is used to help assess whether an aesthetic service may be appropriate. It is not medical advice and may not be protected under healthcare privacy laws such as HIPAA.

This website and newsletter are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

You may contact us to ask what newsletter or direct-contact information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion. For information held by LeadConnector, Jotform, GlossGenius, Cherry, Google, or Instagram, requests may also need to be made directly to that provider.
